
-Match 1: Lucky vs. Ryan Phenix
.winner: Lucky via roll-up pin and holding onto
the pants
Notes: Both high flyers would
try and top each other often hitting each other with the same move
their opponent used mintues ago. Lucky would be the agressor during
the match often demonstrating a suprising technical wrestling
ability. Lucky would even manage to hit a "720 DDT" on Phenix but
only to get a 2-count. As Phenix would fight back he would miss his
"4-2-0 Splash" but would get Lucky up into his "Mutha Sucka" driver
only for Lucky to reverse and pull the tights for the cheap win.
-Match 2 : Dancin' Danny Rage vs. "Head of
Security" Scott Adams
winner: Scott Adams via DQ when Danny brought a
chair and hit a neckbreaker onto it
Notes: This was Adams second match
after returning to action only a month ago. Despite Danny's best
efforts Adams would keep coming back and was continually cheered on
by the rest of secuirty and the fans. Rage would hit a devastating
"Dan-kuza" kick on Adams before going outside and grabbing a chair.
After being DQ the rest of security would come into the ring trying
to help up Adams as Danny went after him again. Danny would actually
receive a "Stunner" from security member Chris Vertigo followed by a
"Broadway DDT" from Adams as he was quickly dragged to the
back.
-Match 3: Chri$ Ca$h vs. Derek Frazier
winner: Derek Frazier with a small package pin
Notes: The action was fast and furious
through out the entire match as both men managed to find reversals
against each other. Frazier threatened to walk out several times
during the match despite the referee's best attempts to keep him in
the ring. Ca$h would hit his "Ca$h Flow" during the match only to
get a 2-count. In the end Frazier would attempt to hit a "Pedigree"
only to have it reversed by Ca$h into a "Cut Throat" before finally
reversed into a small package pin. This brings the Frazier Challenge
tally to 1-1.
-Match 4 : "Showtime" JT Roberts vs. Ian
cross
Match was changed to a No Disqualification after 5
minutes
.winner: Ian Cross with a pin after hitting JT
with a chain wrapped around his fist
Notes: The hatred between these two
former friends went everywhere with the referee unable to control
the action in the early goings. Cross would continually work on
Robert's legs through out the match as JT was noticeably limping
badly later on. Ian would bust his head open on the steel steps as
Roberts would move out of the way. Neither man would submit to each
others signature submission holds. Cross would bring a chair in at
the end only for Roberts to knock it out of his hands. JT would go
to use the chair on Cross as the referee stopped him, forbidding him
from hitting an already bloody Cross only to give Ian time to wrap a
chain around his fist knocking out Showtime for the win.
...INTERMISSION...
-Match 5: BREAKER TITLE MATCH- Ryan Phenix vs.
"The Icon" Blaine Barret(c) (w/ Khris Bishop)
Match was made with a 10 minute time limit
winner: "The Icon" Blaine Barret via draw as the
time limit expired
Notes: Yuriel Sinister was a no show
leaving Barret to issue an open challenge to anyone in the back.
Phenix came out stating he would take his shot that he abandonned at
DEAD END. Phenix would look to have victory several times as Bishop
was being watched by security. Pheinx would eventually hit his
"4-2-0 Splash" off the top rope just as the time limit expired. An
upset Phenix would grab the Breaker Title and lay it over Barret
before he grabbed Bishop's golf club and repeatedly hit Barret with
it. Khris Bishop would later grab the Breaker Title and walk off
with it leaving Barret still injured in the ring.
-Match 6: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs II- Mr.
Excellent vs. CORE
winner: Mr. Excellent with a "Twin City Driver"
off the second rope
Notes: There was nowehere in 34
Broadway these two did not go as the action spilled over in to the
fans several times. Excellent would hit a devastating "Tiger 84'"
suplex on CORE through a table. CORE hit a top rope moonsault onto
Excellent sandwiched between both ladders. Mr. Excellent would
manage to hit a "DVD" off the apron putting CORE through a table.
While both climbing ladders CORE would deliver a Chokeslam off the
top of the ladder putting Excellent through double stacked tables on
the outside of the ring. CORE would even deliver 2 "World Coming
Down" Powerbombs but was unable to get a 3-count. Excellent would
refuse to seek medical attention through out the match and continued
on eventually catching CORE on the top rope only to deliver his
"Twin City Driver" off the ropes for the finish. At the end both men
showed respect towards each other as they both copied each others
signature hand gestures.
-Match 7-GBW WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Xtreme
Pandemonium vs. The Prep Club(c) (w/ Khris Bishop)
3XS (Richards/Skills) interreupted and the match was
made a 3-Way
winner: 3XS with a double team move on Apollo
Cruz to get the win and become new champions
Notes:The continual animosity between
The Prep Club and Xtreme Pandemonium was evident as both teams
fought throughout the match only letting 3XS in towards the end. The
Prep Club showed the strongest teamwork almost getting several
pinfalls in hopes of retaining the titles. Khris Bishop would walk
out on the Preps after the match in digust..
-MAIN EVENT: GBW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH- CAREER
vs. TITLE
"Mighty" Quinn Nash vs. Simon Ryme(c) (w/3XS)
Simon Ryme had security bar 3XS from ringside as well
as make it a NO DQ and NO Count-out match
winner: Simon Ryme after JT Roberts delivered a
"Remix Kick" to Quinn as Simon got the pin
Notes: Both men went all out taking
action in and out of the ring. The referee would count 3 as Nash
pinned Simon not seeing Ryme's foot on the ropes. A second referee
would come down to ring arguing the decision and the match was
restarted. Simon would place Nash's head on the steel steps before
smashing a chair onto him busting him open. JT Roberts would come
down at the end to stop 3XS from interfering as Simon looked at
Roberts and shouted "We had a deal!" before Roberts kicked Quinn.
Simon Ryme would suffer a Grade 1 Concussion during the match but
managed to continue. Quinn Nash would deliver a speech at the end
thanking all of those who've been for him through out his career.
